Expect Uninterrupted Gas ServiceDuring this difficult time and constantly shifting COVID-19 situation, we wanted to let you know what we are doing to keep operations as normal as possible. We are committed to providing natural gas during this time of uncertainty.
We do not anticipate there being any disruption to your services. The Lake Apopka Natural Gas District office will be following the recommendations of government. Even if many of our staff need to work from home, we will be able to continue operations. As of now, the following changes are outlined below.
- While office lobbies are closed, the employees of Lake Apopka Natural Gas District will continue to provide natural gas reliably and safely.
- Drop boxes are located at our office locations for payments
- Our Winter Garden drive-through lane is open
- You can make your bill payment via these methods instead of in-person at our office:
> On our website: https://www.langd.org
> On our mobile app (search the app store for LANGD or Lake Apopka Natural Gas)
> Via our automated telephone system by calling 407.656.2734, press option 2, press option 2 again
> We are also temporarily suspending credit card fees if you call our customer service and they assist you with a payment over the telephone
