Mr. J William Arrowsmith - Director
Has served as an Apopka City Commissioner for over 35 years and began serving on the Board in February 2012 representing the City of Apopka. Presently serving as Executive Vice President of BankFirst of Apopka.
Ms. Ann K. Dupee - President
Has been an active member of South Lake Chamber of Commerce, and a former member of Clermont City Council. Ms. Dupee was also a former owner of South Lake Press. She is also a member of Lake County Women's Hall of Fame. Ms. Dupee has been a Board member since March 2000 representing the City of Clermont.
Mr. Alonzo Williams, Jr. - Emeritus Board Member
Former member of Apopka City Council, Mr. Williams actively served on the Board from December 1979 through January 2012, representing the City of Apopka, and is now our Emeritus Board Member. He is our longest continuous serving board member.
Hon. John H. Land - Vice President
Has been affiliated with the Gas District since its inception. He has served on the Board continuously since July 1987. Mayor Land is the longest serving mayor in the state of Florida and is currently serving his 19th term as Mayor of Apopka
Hon. John Rees - Director
Has served for 12 years on the Winter Garden City Council and has worked with Silver Springs Citrus since 1975. Mayor Rees has served on the Board since 2000, representing City of Winter Garden, and is currently serving his second term as Mayor of Winter Garden.
Mr. Jack Quesinberry - Secretary/Treasurer
Has been on the Board since November 1992, representing the City of Winter Garden. Mr. Quesinberry is retired after completing six consecutive terms as Mayor of City of Winter Garden.
